Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of jetreex.co.uk and related services operated by GROVELEY LIMITED.

1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms govern your access to and use of jetreex.co.uk and related pages, applications, and downloadable content (the “Service”), operated by GROVELEY LIMITED (Company No. 16021027, registered office: Academy House, 11 Dunraven Place, Bridgend, Mid Glamorgan, United Kingdom, CF31 1JF) (“Jetreex”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2. By creating an account, purchasing tokens, or using any SEO services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.3. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.
1.4. Jetreex provides SEO planning tools and deliverables using a token-based model and does not guarantee rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes.

2.1. Account – your registered user profile on the Service.
2.2. Tokens / Wallet – prepaid digital credits used to access Services; not cash, e-money, or a financial instrument.
2.3. Services – SEO features including Technical SEO Audits, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Local SEO, SEO Copywriting, and Competitor Analysis.
2.4. Deliverables – reports, recommendations, drafts, analyses, and other outputs generated through the Service.
2.5. Client Materials – content, data, credentials, and assets you provide, including website URLs and tool access.
2.6. Third-Party Tools – platforms operated by third parties (e.g. Google Search Console, Google Analytics, hosting providers).

3.1. You must be at least 18 years old or have valid corporate authority to use the Service.
3.2. You must provide accurate, current information and keep your credentials secure.
3.3. You are responsible for all activities carried out under your Account.
3.4. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to info@jetreex.co.uk without delay.

4.1. Jetreex provides workflows and tools to assist with SEO analysis, planning, and content creation.
4.2. Search engine algorithms and behaviour are outside our control.
4.3. Services may depend on timely provision of Client Materials and access to Third-Party Tools.
4.4. Unless expressly agreed in writing, Jetreex does not act as your agent with search engines or third parties.

5.1. Services may include technical diagnostics, on-page recommendations, backlink insights, local SEO guidance, SEO copy drafts, and competitor research.
5.2. Deliverables are generated based on your inputs; inaccuracies may require re-generation and additional tokens.
5.3. Implementation of recommendations is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.1. You warrant that all Client Materials are lawful, accurate, and non-infringing.
6.2. You authorise Jetreex to use provided access solely to perform the Services.
6.3. You remain responsible for website hosting, security, backups, and third-party configurations.

7.1. You must not misuse the Service, including scraping, reverse engineering, automated abuse, or token manipulation.
7.2. You must not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or policy-violating activities.
7.3. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access where abuse or legal risk is suspected.

8.1. Accepted payment methods include Visa and Mastercard.
8.2. Reference rate: 100 tokens ≈ £1.00 / €1.17 / $1.29 (approximate).
8.3. Wallet top-ups are advance payments; the Wallet is not a bank or e-money account.
8.4. Tokens are deducted upon use and are non-refundable once consumed.
8.5. Electronic invoices or receipts are provided where applicable.

9.1. Digital content may be delivered immediately; statutory cancellation rights may not apply once performance begins.
9.2. Unused Wallet balances are generally non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances.
9.3. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery action.

10.1. The Service, software, and content are owned by Jetreex or its licensors.
10.2. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Deliverables internally for your business.
10.3. Deliverables may not be resold or redistributed as a competing SEO product.

11.1. Each party must keep confidential any non-public information received in connection with the Service.
11.2. Confidentiality obligations do not apply where disclosure is required by law.

12.1. Third-Party Tools are governed by their own terms and policies.
12.2. Jetreex is not responsible for their availability, functionality, or practices.

14.1. Total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees paid by you during that period.
14.2. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or data.

16.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
16.2. Further details are set out in our Privacy Policy.

17.1. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, fraud, non-payment, or legal compliance.
17.2. Minimal records may be retained as required by law.

19.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
19.2. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to consumer rights.
